Invitation to Attend Market Sounding

On behalf of the Directorate General of Tax ("DGT"), as Procurement Agent for the Republic of Indonesia, as stated in letter REF. No. PENG-1/PSIAP,4/2020, we cordially invite you to the Market Sounding for the procurement of the System Integrator of the Core Tax Administration System for the DGT.

The market sounding will be held on:

Date of event : Tuesday-Wednesday, 4-5 February 2020

                        42nd Floor, WTC3 Building
                        Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 29 - 31 Jakarta 12920 

The agenda for the market sounding is as follows:

1. Plenary Session: Project Rundown (4 February 2020, 09.00 am)
   An initial discussion of the product to be procured as well as the procedures which bidders will undertake to complete the procurement process. The session will be available online and in person (the online session will be facilitated through a video conference link provided once we have received your confirmation of interest). The rundown will continue for three hours and conclude with a Q&A session until all queries have been answered.
2. One-on-One Session
   A one-on-one session, with PwC Experts, exploring your interests in engaging with the upcoming procurement, understanding your current capabilities and defining your key concerns. In person one-on-one Q&A session will be preferred but in exceptional cases it will be executed online through a video conference (the online session will be facilitated through a video conference link provided once we have received your confirmation of interest).
